github: Enterprise-managed settings now support autoUpdate for plugin marketplaces
Enterprise-managed settings now let admins enable automatic updates for specific plugin marketplaces by setting `autoUpdate: true` on an `extraKnownMarketplaces` entry. Supported clients will check the marketplace and update it automatically.
