Microsoft says it uncovered a Chinese-language cybercrime ecosystem linking phishing kit operators (Storm-2990) and an illicit marketplace (Storm-3119) that sold phishing tools and infrastructure. Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit worked with law enforcement and partners to disrupt the network.
