GitHub Copilot app usage metrics are now included in more of the Copilot usage metrics API. Individual app activity is now attributed to users in the enterprise-user and organization-user reports.

GitHub enterprise and organization reports now include the total number of pull requests merged by each AI adoption phase cohort. This extends the adoption phase metrics previously added to the Copilot usage metrics API.
