azure: Announcing: Reservation exchanges for Azure services supported by savings plans will no longer be available starting February 1, 2027
Azure will stop allowing reservation exchanges for services covered by savings plans starting February 1, 2027. At announcement time, this applies to Azure Virtual Machine compute reservations.
