azure: [In preview] Public Preview: Application Gateway for Containers managed add-on + AKS Automatic

Azure AKS Automatic now supports the managed Application Gateway for Containers add-on in public preview. The update removes a previous limitation that prevented Application Gateway for Containers from being used with AKS Automatic.
