azure: [In preview] Public Preview: Azure DNS enables DNS-based load balancing through Traffic Manager integration

Azure DNS now supports direct integration with Azure Traffic Manager for DNS-based traffic routing in preview. This lets you associate an Azure DNS record set with a Traffic Manager profile without creating a CNAME to the trafficmanager.net domain.
