azure: [Launched] Generally Available: Azure 248 and 372 vCPU sizes for D/E v7 series VMs

Azure has generally available 248- and 372-vCPU D/E v7 VM sizes in the Dlsv7, Dsv7, Elsv7, and Esv7 families, powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors. Microsoft says these sizes provide up to 20% better compute performance than prior Intel-based v6 VMs.
