azure: [Launched] Generally Available: Azure Firewall auto-learn SNAT routes

Azure Firewall auto-learn SNAT routes is now generally available. It periodically learns registered and private destination prefixes and applies them as No-SNAT ranges to preserve original source IPs and reduce manual SNAT management.
