azure: [Launched] Generally Available: BYON (Bring Your Own NIC) in Azure Site Recovery

Azure Site Recovery now supports Bring Your Own NIC (BYON) for Azure-to-Azure test failover and failover, allowing you to attach an existing pre-provisioned NIC in the target region. This can preserve existing network configurations and reserved IP settings.
