azure: [Launched] Generally Available: Sentinel TI - improved pattern parsing & revoke reliability

Sentinel TI is now generally available with two updates: improved pattern parsing accuracy and a fix for revoke actions so they apply reliably. The change is meant to improve control in pattern-based workflows.
