k8s: Open source maintainership in the age of AI

Kubernetes says AI-assisted contributions are welcome, but maintainers must keep human accountability, transparency, and verification at the center. The community is also testing AI review tools such as Copilot and CodeRabbit to help with pull request review and maintainer workload.
