azure: Retirement: Azure VMware Solution AV36 node End of Support on September 30, 2027

Microsoft says the Azure VMware Solution AV36 node will reach end of support on September 30, 2027, because Broadcom will end support for the current AV36 VCF version on that date. AV36 is also not compatible with VMware Cloud Foundation 9.
